How Does High Precision Weighing Load Cell Apply in the Truck Scales?

Thetruck scale, also known as the ground scale, is the main weighing equipment used in the measurement of bulk cargo, such as factories, mines, merchants and so on. Before the 1980s, the common weighing scale was also called mechanical weighing. In the mid-1980s, with the maturity of high-precision weighing sensor technology, mechanical weighing is gradually replaced by electronic high precision weighing load cell with high accuracy, good stability and easy operation.

 

 

1. Basic Introduction of Truck Scale

The truck scale can be divided into U-shaped steel truck scale, channel steel truck scale, I-shaped steel truck scale and reinforced concrete truck scale according to the structure of the scale body. The truck scale can be divided into digital truck scale, analog truck scale and all-electronic truck scale according to the sensor. The standard configuration of automobile weighing scale is mainly composed of three main components: load-bearing force transfer mechanism (weighing body), high-precision weighing sensor and weighing display instrument. Thus, the basic weighing function of automobile weighing scale can be completed. According to the requirements of different users, printers, large screen displays and computer management system can be selected to complete higher-level data management and transmission needs.

 

Digital electronic truck scale solves the problem of weak transmission signal and interference - the output signal of digital communication analog sensor is usually tens of millivolts. In the process of cable transmission of these weak signals, it is easy to be disturbed, which results in instability of system operation or reduction of measurement accuracy. The output signal of digital sensor is about 3-4V, and its anti-jamming ability is hundreds of times greater than that of analog signal, which solves the problem of weak transmission signal and interference.

 

 

2. Component Parts of Truck Scale

The main components of the truck scale are sensors, platform, meters, junction boxes, data lines and guide slopes (no base type). The load-bearing and force-transfer structure refers to the mechanical platform which transfers the weight of the object to the weighing sensor. There are two types of common structures: steel structure and steel-concrete structure.

 

The high precision weighing sensor is the core component of the automobile scale, which plays the role of converting the weight value into the corresponding measurable electric signal. Its advantages and disadvantages are directly related to the quality of the whole weighing instrument. Weighing display indicator is used to measure the electric signal transmitted by the sensor, and then the weight reading is processed and displayed by special software, and the data can be further transmitted to printers, large screen displays and computer management systems.

 

The spare parts of automobile scale include printer for printing weight data form, three-color alarm lamp, large screen for long-distance reading, computer management system for further processing, storage and transmission of weight data. The weighing system is a new management mode, which is composed of computer, printer, instrument and weighing software.

 

Truck scales of different companies emphasize different parameters and emphases, but they roughly have the same function to meet basic needs.
