Weighing terms:


1. Maximum weighing capacity: Max = n * d
2. Minimum weighing capacity: less than this capacity may appear excessive relative error. Min (Class 3 weighing equipment )= 20d
3. Division d: adjacent two sub-value (line or value) represents the difference between the values
4. Tested division value e: the level of accuracy for the division of the instrument and used for verification, expressed by mass unit. It means the absolute accuracy of the scale.
5. Number of division n (tested number of division): n = Max / d (Max / e)
6. Allowable error (MPE)

Scale selection:


1. The maximum capacity (Max. Capacity): the maximum weight that be weighed items × K (K is the impact parameter, range: 1.2 ~ 2, no impact state selection 1.2, a slight impact to choose 1.5, the impact of a larger choice 2)
2. Accuracy: According to the weight of the weighing items or important degree to choose, the general OILM III, tested divison number n = 3000, reading division (division) more than 5000, the largest division number (nMAX) = 30000
3. Working environment:
Temperature -10 ℃ ~ 40 ℃; beyond this range must be specified when ordering
Humidity ≤ 85% RH; if more than this humidity, you can choose waterproof products (IP65 and above)
There are health requirements or corrosive environment, please choose all stainless steel products
Indoor or outdoor
4. Weighing situation: fixed, mobile, lifting type or according to the need when ordering.
5. Usage: vehicle weighing, aircraft weighing, car weighing, animal weighing, pallet weighing, general cargo weighing, food weighing, heavy metal weighing, weighing tank, counting and so on.

Sensor selection:


First, according to the structure:
1. Single-point sensor (single point load cell): platform scales
2. Single shear beam sensor (single shear beam load cell):floor scales, weighing module, hopper scales, belt scales, axle scales, etc.
3. Pull the sensor (Tension load cell): crane scale, test equipment, overload protection
4. Double ended load cell: truck scale, railroad scale, crane scale, hopper scale, overload protection, etc.
5. Pressure sensor (Compression load cell): truck scale, track scale, axle weighing, test machine, hopper scale, pile driver, overload protection

Second, according to the elastomer material:
1. Stainless steel: mainly used in food, chemical, pharmaceutical and other corrosive environment of the place;
2. Alloy steel: suitable for non-corrosive environment;
3. Aluminum alloy: generally for small weighing need and normal weighing application.

Third, according to the output data 
1.Analog sensor: the output is analog signals, such as voltage, current, etc;
2.Digital sensors: direct output of the digital signal , such as kilograms, tons and so on.

Fourth, according to the applicable temperature.
1.Usual temperature: used in conventional places, no special requirements for temperature;
2.High temperature: used in metallurgy, nuclear power and other high temperature (generally above 100 ℃) environment;
3.Low temperature: use at temperatures below -30 ℃ place, such as freezing test.

Fifth, according to the accuracy level: With reference to OIML R60 recommendations, the products of our company is mainly C class, n = 3000
Six, according to the output resistance.
1. High impedance: ≥ 1000Ω
2. The standard impedance: less than 1000 ohms, commonly 350Ω, 700Ω
