LP7662 Welded Steel Structure Axle Scale

Description: LP7662 is an axle scale made of welded steel structure. It is equipped with several shear beam load cells and ramps. One weighing system uses two or four platforms and equips LP7560 or LP7561 indicator.

Application: the weight of the whole vehicle is obtained by adding the weight of each axle

How to Use LP7662 Welded Steel Structure Axle Scale？

Example 1

Equip: four platforms, the max capacity of the first two platforms is 5 ton, and the last two platforms are 15 ton

Weighing mode: the front wheels of the vehicle is loaded by the first two platforms and the rear wheels by the latter two platforms

Attention: keep the height of four platforms consistent

Example 2

Equip: two platforms, the capacity of each platform is 15 ton

Weighing mode: the front wheels is weighed first, the rear wheels is weighed later, and the value is accumulated to obtain the whole weight
