The LP7110 is a shear beam load cell built on a Wheatstone bridge, with an alloy steel or stainless steel spring element. Strain gauges imported from Europe are bonded using deep-hole bonding, giving the cell the accuracy and long-term stability required for legal-for-trade weighing.

Process flow：

Strain gauge bonding (pre-cure and post-cure) → Bridge wiring → Temperature compensation → First inspection → Sealing → Laser welding of the strain cavity → Second inspection → Standardised compensation → Final inspection → Sealing and cleaning → Packing
