How to Maintain the Electronic Scales?

Failure in the Use of Electronic Scales

The electronic scale cannot charge. Charge indicator does not light or not react: 

1. Please confirm the 110V/220V of the electronic scale first. Whether the voltage switch is adjusted to the same voltage as the power supply, and make sure the charging cable is firmly plugged into the charging socket on the scale.

2. Check whether the charging line is broken due to external force.

3. Check whether the fuse is defective.

4. The battery is bad.

5. For reasons listed in item 4 or not mentioned above, it is recommended to return to the distribution station for treatment. 

The electronic scale boot cannot display on the screen:

1. Use the battery electronic scale, check whether the battery voltage is normal (should be more than 6V), if the voltage is insufficient, please charge the battery.

2. Check the electronic scale power cord, socket, fuse whether bad.

3. Switch or key may be damaged.

4. Electronic balance circuit board is out of order.

Electronic scale normal boot shows zero after weighing or weight is not accurate：

1. Check whether the transport protection device is removed.

2. Please follow the calibration steps in the operation manual to re-calibrate.

3. If it is not for the above reasons, it is recommended to send it back to the distribution station.

 

Electronic balance button has no action or action error will automatically trigger:

1. Bad keys.

2. The button socket is bad.

 

The electronic scale screen display is not normal：

1. Single font has hyphenation, which may be caused by poor LCD contact or fault.

2. The display is not clear or unable to display may be electronic components fault.

 

Electronic scale weighing can not show no backlight：

1. Whether the backlight function of the internal procedures of the electronic scale has not been set (please refer to the operation manual for setting).

2. With the function of setting backlight, the scale plate needs to place the weighed objects (the sense of perception is more than 9 times bright).

3. Electronic components may fail.

 

Maintenance Method of Electronic Scale

1. Place the balance on a stable work table to avoid vibration, air flow and sunlight.

2. Adjust the bubble of the level to the middle position before use.

3.The electronic balance shall be preheated according to the requirements of the manual.

4. When weighing volatile and corrosive items, put them in an airtight container to avoid corrosion and damage to the electronic balance.

5. Check the electronic balance from time to time or go abroad regularly to ensure that it is in the best condition.

6. If the electronic balance breaks down, it should be repaired in time and not work with "disease".

7. The operating balance shall not be overloaded to avoid damage to the balance.

8. If the long-term use of electronic days should be temporarily collected as well.
